Wetherspoon pubs will be stocking Jaipur from 9 April.
Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.

Customers at more than 650 Wetherspoon pubs across the UK will be able to enjoy breakfast deals for £2.99 each or less.
Poretti on draught – new world beer
Poretti (4.8% ABV) is an Italian premium full-flavoured lager, characterised by a pillowy white head, brilliant clarity and a polished golden colour.

Pub history
Purpose built as a supermarket in the 1970s, these premises stand on the site of Sidney Croydon’s Printing and Publishing Works. Croydon also owned the steam laundry next door. Henrietta Paddon worked in the steam laundry in the early 1900s. In 1925, her husband teamed up with Commander EG Martin to win the first 600-mile Fastnet Race in the gaff-rigged pilot cutter Jolie Brise. She is the only vessel to have won the race three times.
