Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.

Poretti on draught – new world beer
Poretti (4.8% ABV) is an Italian premium full-flavoured lager, characterised by a pillowy white head, brilliant clarity and a polished golden colour.

Pub history
In 1693, these premises were called The Green Dragon. By 1783, the inn had become The Swan, more formally The Swan With Two Necks. The name derives from the centuries-old tradition of marking birds’ beaks with nicks (or necks) to denote ownership. The early 19th-century extension at the rear of the premises was a grocery and provision store. It was later owned by the Leek and Moorlands Industrial Provident Society.
