Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.
Breakfast deals
Customers at more than 650 Wetherspoon pubs across the UK will be able to enjoy breakfast deals for £2.99 each or less.
Poretti on draught – new world beer
Poretti (4.8% ABV) is an Italian premium full-flavoured lager, characterised by a pillowy white head, brilliant clarity and a polished golden colour.

Pub history
The landmark Wallaw cinema closed in 2004 and had since stood empty. The grade II listed, Art Deco building is ‘the best surviving work of the firm Percy Lindsay Browne’ which designed many cinemas in the northeast. The job’s architect is thought to have been Charles Alfred Harding. Built in 1937, with seating for 1,441, the cinema was also a theatre, where Ant and Dec made their stage début in the 1980s.
