Wetherspoon pubs will be serving a new range of gourmet burgers from Wednesday 14 May. The new burgers include The Big Smoke, Cheese meltdown, Buffalo, BBQ stack and The Empire State.
Jaipur at Wetherspoon
Wetherspoon pubs will be stocking Jaipur from 9 April.
Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.

Customers at more than 650 Wetherspoon pubs across the UK will be able to enjoy breakfast deals for £2.99 each or less.
Pub history
This is named after the last sailing trawler to be built, in 1926, by Uphams. The Vigilance has since been restored and is once again moored at Brixham. Fishing and Brixham have gone hand in hand for centuries, the industry being a major source of local work. In fact, until World War I, it was possible to walk right across the harbour, stepping from ship to ship, so closely were they moored. Today, the fishing industry remains an important part of the local scene.
