Jaipur at Wetherspoon
Wetherspoon pubs will be stocking Jaipur from 9 April.
Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.

Pub history
This modern development stands near the site of the Theatre Gate, in the medieval town wall which surrounded Great Yarmouth on three sides. The west side was protected by the River Yare. Thousands of people lived within the old walls, in cramped, narrow lanes known as ‘The Rows’, where goods were carried on specially made troll carts. Many of the rows were destroyed by bombing in World War II. Others were demolished to make way for new developments.
