Wetherspoon pubs will be serving a new range of gourmet burgers from Wednesday 14 May. The new burgers include The Big Smoke, Cheese meltdown, Buffalo, BBQ stack and The Empire State.
Jaipur at Wetherspoon
Wetherspoon pubs will be stocking Jaipur from 9 April.
Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.

Customers at more than 650 Wetherspoon pubs across the UK will be able to enjoy breakfast deals for £2.99 each or less.
Pub history
This well-known local landmark is situated at busy crossroads today. The original Bull’s Head on this site was built in c1694. During the 19th century, the licence was held by the Gregory family for more than 60 years, until the lease expiry in 1893. The Bull’s Head was acquired by Threlfalls, but was too small for the fast-growing town. The old inn was demolished and replaced by the present, much larger, building.
