Pub history
Ye Olde Crown Inn
Situated by Stourport Bridge, next to the River Severn, The Old Crown Inn (Originally Ye Olde Crown Inn) is a 19th-century pub, rebuilt in the 1930s. It was popular with holiday-makers, catered for those arriving by river and revived the spirits of those setting out from its forecourt, on day trips, in char-a-bancs, running on solid tyres.
