How can I get an answer to my question?

If you are in a pub, one of the management team is usually the best place to start.

Alternatively, you can find answers to the most common questions we are asked in this FAQ section or the one on our app. We review the list regularly, so let us know if your question is not covered.

What is the process for making a complaint?

In the first instance, please speak directly to the pub’s manager.

If you are not satisfied with the response, please use this contact form. At the moment, we are unable to take direct calls.

Where can I find you on social media?

The company does not have any social media profiles, including those for individual pubs.

Any profiles promoted on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat are not endorsed or maintained by the company.

How can I suggest a location for a new pub?
