How can I get an answer to my question?
If your question is about a specific pub, during your pub visit, it is best to speak to the manager on duty. Alternatively, you can find, in this FAQ section or the one on our app, answers to the most commonly asked questions. We review the list regularly, so let us know if your question is not covered.

What is the process for making a complaint?

It is always better to raise any complaints during your pub visit, with the manager on duty. Our pub teams can handle queries or issues on the day much more effectively than our head-office team.

In most cases, our head-office team may refer you back to the pub’s manager. If you are in a pub, one of the management team is usually the very best place to start.

If you are not satisfied with the response, use this contact form. At the moment, we are unable to take direct calls.
