Autumn beer festival 2026
A range of 30 real ales, including five from international brewers, will be available during a 12-day beer festival this October.
The festival will run from Wednesday 7 to Sunday 18 October, inclusive. The overseas brewers are from China, Denmark, Singapore, Ukraine and the USA, with all festival beers being new to Wetherspoon. It is also the first time that the festival will feature a real ale from Singapore and one from Ukraine.
Among the festival collection are vegan (also suitable for vegetarians) beers. Full allergen information about all of the beers featured can be found on this website, by searching for a pub here, on the app and on each pub’s customer information screen.
As well as featuring a range of malt and hop varieties from around the world, there are also beers which include coconut, coriander, mango and tea in their ingredients.
The international beers are Urbrew Oolong ESB (China), Mikkeller English Dream Pilsner (Denmark), Lion Mango IPA (Singapore), Varvar Session Golden Ale (Ukraine) and UPP Liquids Pinball Wizard (USA).
The festival line-up also includes Cairngorm Autumn Nuts, Otter Reggae, Loch Lomond Flying South, Oakham Dressed To Impress and Exmoor Red.
Marketing manager Jen Swindells said: “The festival is a great celebration of cask beer.
“Over a 12-day period, the pubs can showcase a selection of superb value-for-money beers, including those from brewers as far afield as Denmark and Singapore, as well as those closer to home.
“The festival gives customers the chance to enjoy beers which have not previously been available in the pubs, as well as those brewed especially for the festival – and there are plenty of new beers to try.”
Three third-of-a-pint tasters will also be available for the price of a pint. Tasting notes on all of the beers will be on hand in the pubs, as part of the festival magazine, which also features articles on some of the brewers, and can be downloaded here, as well as on the app.
