Scottish beer festival 2026

A range of 12 real ales and five craft ales, all brewed in Scotland, will be available in all Scottish pubs for a 10-day beer festival being held during Friday 10 to Sunday 19 July, inclusive.

Among the festival’s drinks collection are three vegan (also suitable for vegetarians) beers.

As well as featuring a range of hop varieties from around the world, the collection also includes beers using honey and blueberry in their recipes.

The festival will feature the following cask beers: Broughton Old Jock Champion Double Ale, Cairngorm Lairig Brew, Fierce Oak-Aged Amber, Fyne Ales Heather Brae, Harviestoun Ochil Vienna, Loch Lomond Sail Away, MòR Blue Gold, Orkney Boulder Beach, Skye Blonde, Stewart Beekeeper’s Gold, Swannay Dark Munroe and Williams March of the Penguins.

The range of craft cans will feature Fierce IPA, Fierce Iron Brew, Loch Lomond Bravehop, Loch Lomond Zoom Time and Stewart New Relic.

The beer festival will be a great celebration of real ale. It will allow Wetherspoon to showcase a selection of superb Scottish-brewed beers, including many not previously available at Wetherspoon’s pubs. For the price of a pint, customers will also be able to try three third-of-a-pint tasters.

Tasting notes on all of the featured beers will be available in the pub as part of the festival magazine (with a digital version available on the Wetherspoon app and website). Festival tasting notes.

All ales will be available to order at the bar and via the Wetherspoon app.
