Scottish beer festival

A celebration of Scottish brewers will take place from Wednesday 23 July to Friday 1 August, inclusive. A range of 10 Scottish real ales will be available during the festival.
The festival features a range of brewers from across Scotland, from Fierce Beer up in Aberdeen down to Innis & Gunn in Edinburgh.
Among the festival collection are vegan (also suitable for vegetarians) beers.
As well as featuring a range of malt and hop varieties from around the world, there are also beers whose ingredients include dark blackberry and spice.
In addition to the real ales, there is also a range of Scottish craft cans available. This includes the newest edition to the range, Fierce Iron Brew, a 4.5% ABV beer cooler. Fierce IPA, Stewart New Relic and Loch Lomond Zoom Time will also be available at a discount throughout the festival.
Marketing manager Jess Schofield said: “The festival is a great celebration of Scottish beer. It will allow us, over a 12-day period, to showcase a selection of superb value-for-money beers, allowing customers to try something new and exciting”
Three third-of-a-pint tasters will also be available for the price of a pint.
Full allergen information about all of the beers featured can be found on this website, by searching for a pub here, on the app and on each pub’s customer information screen.
Tasting notes on all of the beers (as part of the festival magazine) will be on hand in the pubs, as well as on the app, and can be downloaded here.
