Wolf Blass Sparkling Brut

Wolf Blass Sparkling Brut is the new fizz of choice at your local Wetherspoon.

Rich strawberries and cream of pinot noir, layered with the crisp elegance of Chardonnay, create a perfectly balanced bubbly sweetness, along with long, mouth-watering flavours.

But don’t just take our word for it… try Wolf Blass Sparkling Brut (11% ABV) for yourself.

Wolf Blass Sparkling Brut is NEW to Wetherspoon, as we continue to select only the best for you to enjoy in our wine range and add to our already-popular choice of sparkling wines, including Teresa Rizzi Prosecco DOC and Sparkling Rosé, plus Whitedowns English sparkling white and rosé from the Denbies estate, in Surrey’s South Downs.

Wolf Blass was established in 1966, in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, and has grown from a humble tin shed to become one of the world’s most successful and awarded wine brands.

Founder Wolfgang Blass started out making small parcels of his own wine, by blending grape varieties – which was a revolutionary approach in Australia at the time – because he wanted to develop a wine style which was more ‘approachable’, ‘softer’ and ‘immediately drinkable’ for Australians.

His core belief is that wine should be at its optimum from the day it is released.

That belief has won Wolf Blass more than 10,000 awards, including three ‘International Red Winemaker of the Year’ titles – in 2008, 2013 and 2016.

Today, Wolf Blass wines are exported to more than 50 countries worldwide and are recognised internationally as icons of modern wine-making.

Wolf Blass Sparkling Brut is NEW to Wetherspoon, as we continue to select only the best for you to enjoy in our great wine range.

With spring almost upon us, we also have a new rosé wine on the drinks menu – Hardys Private Bin Rosé, from the UK’s favourite wine brand Hardys.

Thomas Hardy’s pioneering spirit and passion for wine-making span five generations from when the company was established (1853) and are at the heart of its outstanding range of wines.

This light-bodied, drier, easy-drinking Australian rosé wine is packed with delicate strawberry and redcurrant fruit flavours.

Refreshing, with a clean, crisp finish, why not pair it with your favourite Wetherspoon meal? It is a perfect accompaniment to our classic battered fish and chips, our curries or our tasty quinoa chicken salad, if you fancy a lighter bite.
