Our vodka distillery brings a splash of variety to the traditional spirit.
Vodka, the pure, clean spirit, originated somewhere in northeastern Europe, the exact location unknown, in around 1400AD. Russians and Poles will always argue who drank it first, but the popularity of the ‘white drink’ has since spread across the globe.
Vodka, derived from voda, literally translated as ‘water’, was discovered in the colder regions of Europe and Asia, when distillers realised that their fermented wine became more potent after freezing, through the low winter temperatures. With advanced distilling techniques, brought from the west in the 1400s and 1500s, the Slavic peoples were able to refine their vodka to create high-quality alcohol, which would become the trademarks of their countries.
Our premium vodkas
This English potato vodka is made on a family farm in Herefordshire, using traditional artisan methods of distillation which a distiller from over 100 years ago would still recognise.
A single-estate distillery, creating fine spirits since 2008 from the produce grown on the farm, they use a bespoke, handcrafted copper batch pot – and every bottle is filled and sealed by hand.
Voted the ‘World’s Best Vodka’ by the prestigious San Francisco Spirits Competition, Chase Vodka is the world’s first super-premium English potato vodka.
This is the original and true expression of luxury vodka, created from 600 years of Polish vodka-making tradition. It hails from the small town of Zyrardów, in the Mazovian plains of central Poland, where it is crafted in a 100-year-old distillery.
Belvedere, which means ‘beautiful to see’, is named after the Belweder Palace, in Warsaw, home to the Polish president.
An illustration of the palace appears on every bottle. It is created exclusively from Polish Dankowskie rye and quadruple-distilled to produce the perfect balance of character and purity. It is completely free from additives, with every step of production occurring on Polish soil, from locally sourced raw ingredients.
